The Peanut Butter and Silly Sandwich

Every once in a while there is a special night, with a special meal, and it's name is Breakfast for Dinner.

It can be as simple as a bowl of Cap'n Crunch, or as intense as a salmon and cream cheese omelet, but nothing, NOTHING is as good as the peanut butter and silly sandwich.

Really it's just a a peanut butter and jelly sandwich -- except the bread is made of pancakes. And that's just down right SILLY.

Now, don't be fooled by people giving you recipes with peanut butter in the batter. Eff. That. You want some hard core, extra crunchy peanut butter slathered on top of pure, unadulterated, fluffy as hell pancakes. That is where the magic is.

Sadly, this is not exactly what I'm talking about, but I can't stop myself from eating the PB&S masterpiece long enough to take a picture...
